Werk #9490: rack4 Mark III: Fix changed interface names (enp59s0f0 and enp59s0f1)

During the update of the previous 1.5.x versions two interfaces were accidentally renamed. The interfaces were renamed like this: enp59s0f0 to enp59s0f0np0 and enp59s0f1 to enp59s0f1np1.

We have now reverted these interface names to the original enp59s0f0 to prevent the renaming breaking existing cluster or network configurations.
