Werk #13212: real-time-checks: fix deployment via bakery

Since Checkmk 2.0.0p4 the real-time-checks based on sections could not be configured via bakery. While the agents could be baked and deployed successfully, the hosts ended up with an empty list of sections to send.

Plugins configured to send real-time data where not affected.
