During the update procedure from firmware versions older than 1.4 the network interface names are changed from eth* naming to the new default systemd naming scheme. To migrate the network configuration it is necessary to store the MAC addresses of the network interfaces before starting the update.
In some situations it can happen that the detection of the MAC address fails and the MAC addresses can not be stored correctly. Te update will now stop in this situation and ask for contacting the support before proceeding with the update.
