Munich, June 20, 2023 – Checkmk GmbH today kicks off the ninth edition of its annual user conference. The Munich-based software company expects more than 400 members of its monitoring community from 20 countries to attend the "Checkmk Conference #9" from June 20 to 22 at the Paulaner am Nockherberg in Munich. In addition, more than 600 interested people have registered for the online livestream from all over the world.

Checkmk's annual conference offers a mix of presentations, workshops, interactive discussion sessions and ample networking opportunities. Over the course of three days, attendees will have the opportunity to share their expertise with other community members, exchange ideas on innovations, trends and developments in IT monitoring, and deepen their knowledge and expertise of Checkmk.

For the first time, the Knowledge Fair will take place on the first two days of Checkmk Conference #9 before the official conference program. It offers interested attendees the opportunity to interact with Checkmk experts from development and consulting at various booths on the topics of Business Intelligence, SaaS, Kubernetes & Cloud, Checkmk Security, Automating Checkmk and two Deep Dive stations. In addition, country tables will provide the opportunity to network with other conference attendees from the same country.

The speaker program will cover Checkmk version 2.2, which was released just a few weeks ago, as well as the Checkmk Cloud Edition, the newest member of the product family. Following a keynote by CEO Jan Justus on the current state of Checkmk, other presentations will highlight new features for automating Checkmk and monitoring cloud-native and hybrid infrastructures. In particular, the Checkmk Cloud Edition is designed for monitoring cloud-native, dynamic workloads and includes numerous new enhancements for monitoring and visualizing cloud services.

This year, many partners and customers will be sharing their monitoring experiences with Checkmk and talking about topics such as monitoring very large networks, automated host management with CMDB systems, and using tags and labels to organize and group hosts.

As always, the second day of presentations will conclude with an outlook on the roadmap for the coming year. During this interactive session, attendees will have the opportunity to provide feedback on upcoming Checkmk features and development priorities.

The optional third day of the conference is traditionally reserved for Checkmk workshops. This year, approximately 100 people are attending the half-day or full-day workshops to deepen their knowledge.

We are delighted to welcome so many Checkmk enthusiasts to Munich again this year. The conference is a great platform to talk directly to our users and get their feedback. The direct dialogue with our community helps us to develop Checkmk even closer to our users and to make their daily work easier.
