This check shows a summary of all alert rules in one alert rule group that are not ignored.

For the options which alert rules can be ignored please refer to the manpage alertmanager_rules. The options can be found in special agent configuration.

It shows the worst state of the individual rules and all the names of the non OK alert rules in summary. In the details you can see the message of the respective alert rules which provides further information about the alert rule.

Discovery

One summary service is created for every alert rule group. You can choose beetween creating alert rule group services and individual alert rule services. If alert rule group services is selected the group service replaces all alert rule services within the group. Group services are only created if the amount of alert rules within this alert rule group is bigger than the necessary amount configured.
