To make this check work you have to configure the related
special agent {Amazon Web Services (AWS)}.
When the surge queue length reaches the maximum of 1,024 queued
request, the spillover is incremented and new requests are dropped.
The service goes to CRIT in this case
Otherwise the service is OK.
Levels are configurable for surge queue length and spillover.
Discovery
One service is created if all required metrics (SurgeQueueLength, SpilloverCount) are given.
